The Solution Self-Help Support
What if there is no Solution Provider in your community and the cost of Solution Telegroups is beyond your reach?
We recommend Self-Help Support. Here’s how you become involved:
STEP 1. Get Basic Training in The Solution Method
Take a four-week basic training in the method, either Wired for Joy or The Solution for Stress. Join a telegroup or contact a local provider.
That training experience will get you off to a great start. You’ll get introductory skills in the method, learn how to do Community Connections and become comfortable in Solution Training.
STEP 2. Join the Buddy List
Ask your Solution Provider to sign you up for The Buddy List. That will give you access to email addresses from others who have completed basic training in the method.
Also, you will have access to the New Connections forum to find people with whom to connect. In addition, you can connect with those who were in your basic 4-week group and enjoy The Solution Internet Community.
If you want more support, you can arrange for coaching sessions by telephone or in person with your Solution Provider or you can start or join a Solution Circle.
STEP 3. Start or Join a Solution Circle
Solution Circles are self-help support without a provider that is conducted according to The Solution Circle Guide. Having weekly support is what motivates and inspires most people to stick with the training until they have a Solution in their lives.

Drop in to learn more about Solution Circles. Orientations are one hour and they are held monthly: The first Thursday of the month 4 p.m. – 5 p.m. They are FREE. Can’t attend? Each session is recorded and available for one week after the session.
