Join us for 3 Days of Inspiration, Training, Vibrancy and Community!

We welcome you to participate in our annual Solution Method National Retreat.

Emotional brain retraining requires focused intensive use of the tools over time. However, our experience has been that those who participate in three days of intensive training in the Solution Method often find themselves doing truly remarkable work.

The experience of being in a community of people who are committed to retraining the brain for an abundance of integration, balance, sanctuary, intimacy, vibrancy and spirituality is inspiring, productive and joyful.

This is a wonderful time to separate from one’s daily life and devote oneself to moving along the pathway to a Solution. The pace is right, so you will have time to meet new Solution Buddies, to restore, and to move your body. During these three days, you will:

  • Share support and community with others who learning these tools
  • Experience a daily Solution Group with a new community
  • Acquire new insights and skills through our NEW Workshops.
  • Develop more people to connect with after the retreat
  • Move closer to feeling Wired for Joy.
  • Honor your body with time to restore and an inspiring and healthy environment.
  • Have a wonderful time!

The Town of Tiburon

Main St. restaurants and shops

Unlike many small towns around the San Francisco Bay, Tiburon has managed to save, restore, and make accessible many of its historic buildings, some of which date back nearly a century to when Tiburon was a busy terminus for the San Francisco and North Pacific Railroad (later the Northwestern Pacific Railroad). The tracks are gone now, replaced by condos, roads, and a bike path along Richardson Bay, but traces of the turn-of-the-century town - restored historic buildings and elegant Victorian mansions - still shape the character of the downtown area.

Mastery Living Activities

  • Ferry to Angel Island - In the middle of San Francisco Bay sits Angel Island State Park, offering hiking and biking trails along with spectacular views of the San Francisco skyline, the Marin Headlands and Mount Tamalpais.

  • Bike Paths Line Richardson Bay

    Downtown Tiburon

  • Bike the Marin Trails - A few minutes on a bike and you realize why this area is the birthplace of mountain biking. Whether it's the easy paved bike paths winding around the bay, the canopy trails through the ancient redwoods or the strenuous but rewarding climbs up the fire roads of Mount Tamalpais, the San Francisco Bay Area offers riders of every skill the perfect way to spend a couple of hours or a whole week. Visit www.blazingsaddles.com for reservations and bike route maps.
  • Hike the historic Muir Woods - Only a few miles north west of Tiburon, in an isolated canyon grows the ancient coast redwood forest known the world over as Muir Woods. The park offers solitude, interpretive displays and programs, and numerous hiking trails. Come stroll through 1000 year old giant trees towering 260 feet high and find out why famed naturalist John Muir called this,"...the best tree-lovers monument that could possibly be found in all the forests of the world."
  • Explore Downtown Tiburon - Walk Main St. and shop the wonderful little boutiques, and galleries or stop and enjoy the somber beauty of the san francisco bay from various outdoor patio dining spots.
  • Explore Mt. Tamalpais State Park - Just north of San Francisco's Golden Gate is Mount Tamalpais State Park, 6,300 acres of redwood groves and oak woodlands with a spectacular view from the 2,571-foot east peak.
