Each time you use the tools, you pop your brain from stress to joy. There’s an immediate payoff. However, each pop into joy retrains your brain so that you are more resilient to stress and you naturally feel more joy.

Most of the cravings and drives that chip away at our health fade. That’s because when we’re in stress, there is a cascade of stress hormones and the draining of neurotransmitters. The pleasure pathways in our brain can’t get surges of neurotransmitters from natural sources – being present, intimate and aware of the grace and mystery of life – so cravings and appetites ramp up.

Most of our stress is brain based. Sure we could change our lifestyle and that’s part of Solution Training, but most of the stress is internal. We carry it with use everywhere we go.

Using these skills offloads that stress, so that we have more joy and freedom in our lives and the drive for common excesses fades away. Life becomes as good as it gets and we have an abundance of life’s richest rewards: integration, balance, sanctuary, intimacy, vibrancy and spirituality.
