Telecoaching and Coaching

Coaching is a one-on-one service which gives you the option of getting the support you need when you need it. Coaching is both provided by local providers and through other providers via telecoaching. Coaching is normally purchased in hour long sessions, but can vary based on need.

These sessions are intended to be shaped to the immediate needs of the participant. Most sessions include using The Cycle Tool, but can also be sessions for behavioral counseling with The Method (e.g., a 3-Day Plan, 1-2-3 Eating, Mastery Living), consultation about a specific aspect of the course a participant is currently enrolled in (e.g., What should I put in the Box in Kit 4?) or using the skills in the present moment to deal with a specific stressor (e.g., How do I stay above the line with my rebellious teenage daughter or with my ex-partner?).

Many people use coaching to maintain a relationship with their provider for many years, long after them have completed the courses and groups. They turn to them to help out when a difficult situation arises, when there is a death, divorce or other loss, and just to have someone who has been there with them through their developmental journey, someone who knows the neural circuits that get triggered and can lead them through a Cycle. Having a coach to call upon now and then, along with a few close Solution Buddies and a family member or two who uses The Method in their own lives, creates a strong circle of support for the long term.

After you order a coaching session, you’ll receive an email providing you with the contact information for your provider. Contact him or her by email or telephone to set up a time for your session.
